Ainaa is an AI styling and shopping service for fashion in India. You describe an occasion, a garment or a look, and Ainaa recommends pieces from a catalogue of Indian brands and retailers, with prices in Indian Rupees (₹).

You can use Ainaa without an account, within a limited daily allowance. Signing in raises that limit and lets Ainaa remember your taste, your bag and your looks.

Recommendations are generated by AI. They are grounded in real catalogue data, but they are opinions about clothes, not statements of fact about you, and not professional advice of any kind.

Ainaa aims to describe products only from the information the catalogue actually carries. If something looks wrong, whether a fabric, a price, or a component that isn't in the box, trust the product page and the brand over the chat, and please tell us.

Catalogue data comes from partner brands and retailers and changes continuously. Prices, stock and descriptions can be out of date or incorrect at the moment you see them. Nothing shown in Ainaa is an offer to sell at a particular price.

Where a price or availability turns out to be wrong on an order placed through Ainaa, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

Ainaa is not a seller and does not take payment. Every purchase happens on the brand or retailer's own site. Ainaa hands you over with your selection ready, and from that point the sale is between you and them: their terms, their pricing, their stock, their shipping, their returns policy, their customer support.

One consequence worth stating plainly, because it is in your favour: we are never in the payment flow at all. Ainaa does not see, receive or store your card details, because they are only ever entered on the brand's own checkout.

If a price, a size or the availability of something turns out to be wrong after you have been handed over, that is between you and the brand, and their policy governs it. Tell us as well and we will correct what Ainaa shows.

Ainaa is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, whether you sign in or browse as a guest. This is the ordinary position for online shopping in India, where someone under 18 cannot enter into a binding contract.

You are welcome to shop for someone else, including a child. Ainaa can help you find childrenswear as a gift or for your own family. What we will not do is build a taste profile from it: items you view or save for a child are excluded from the preferences we learn about you, so nothing about that child is profiled or remembered.

Sign-in is through your Google account. Keep access to it secure: anyone who can sign in to it can reach your Ainaa account. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from the account menu. What that removes, and the one category it deliberately keeps (orders, as financial records), is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The guest allowance exists because every conversation costs real money to serve. Please do not try to work around it, script the service, resell access to it, or use it to scrape the catalogue. We rate-limit requests and may suspend access that looks automated or abusive.

Use Ainaa for shopping and styling. Do not use it to attempt anything unlawful, to upload images you do not have the right to use, or to upload images of other people without their agreement.

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to process it in order to run the service for you: to answer your requests, find visually similar products, render a try-on, and improve recommendations for your account.

Ainaa is a young product and is offered as it is. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will make a reasonable effort to say so in the product rather than only here.
