What happens to my photos and my data?

Accepted Answer

A photo you upload is used to answer that request: to find visually similar pieces, or to render a virtual try-on. It is not published anywhere public and it is not sold or shared for advertising. Your conversations are stored on our servers so the stylist can follow what you have already said, and are removed automatically once they are no longer needed. You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, from the account menu. Our Trust Center sets out the whole picture.

What if the size is wrong, or I need to return something?

Ainaa never guesses your size. If a size has not been chosen, it asks rather than picking one for you. You always buy from the brand, on the brand's own site: Ainaa hands you over with your selection ready, and the sale, the payment, the delivery and the returns policy are all theirs. So a return goes to the brand you bought from, under the policy shown on their site at the time. If you cannot find it or you are not sure who to contact, write to us and we will point you to the right place.

What if a product detail or a brand's listing is wrong?

Tell us, and trust the brand's product page over the chat in the meantime. Catalogue data comes from partner brands and retailers and changes constantly, so a price, a fabric or what is included in a set can be out of date at the moment you see it. Ainaa describes products only from the information the catalogue actually carries, but when that information is wrong the product page is the authority.
